I have loved all things tiny since back in the day making plasticine food for my Sindy and Barbie Dolls. I adored collecting tiny things but never realised you could make a living creating these things!
I am an avid history buff, if it’s Medieval, Tudor or Elizabethan then I’m all in! One day browsing online during lockdown I saw the most fantastic Tudor dolls house and was inspired to make my own. Of course it then needed furniture….. and all the other bits, which I happily posted on my socials as I made them. Then came the requests to buy them and well….the rest is history as they say.

All my work is handcrafted and carved and although it may take that bit more time I feel is more true to the real item. I like to find original pieces online, in auction houses or in museums and reproduce them to the best of my ability. The quality of carvings on Elizabethan work is truly outstanding and trying to recreate in such a tiny scale has literally caused me blood, sweat and tears…..mainly blood for copious amounts of cut fingers!!

I adore so many miniaturists like Tall Tales Productions, Kevin Jackson (truly in awe of his work!) Michael R Miniatures, Michael Mortimer, Miniature Real Estate – their dolls house museum is fantastic!! I could go on and on…..

Spring Miniatura in 2025 will be my first show and I hope to find some Tudor fans out there who will come and say hello!!
