Tools and electrical supplies for miniaturists.
Peter and Paula started PPJ Miniatures in April 2023 when they realised that there was a distinct lack of tools available to miniaturists.
Paula makes lighting, specialising in crystal chandeliers. Demand has grown and in 2024 she widened the choice of crystals she uses improving the quality and creating richer colours. Paula started making dolls houses since her early retirement due to cancer over 20 years ago and just loves the trade shows. It was her frustration at sourcing wiring supplies and tools that inspired the creation of PPJ Miniatures.
Peter has spent all his working life as a electro-mechanical engineer and electrical retailer. Who better to help solve the problems Paula faced? “In 2022 we decided to set up our own retail company and travel round the country selling not only Paula’s creations but other suppliers’ goods and giving advice to others just starting out in the miniature world.”
The brands we have selected to stock are: Cir-kit / LT Miniature / Houseworks / Miniature House / Town Square Miniatures / Aztec / Draper / Zona / Rolson / Dremel / Faithfull for most of our tools.
Since 2024 they have also increased stock holdings of wood, metal, paints etc for artisan builders.
