Miniatura

All my miniature horses are lovingly carved by hand from wood using the same trusted method used on antique life size rocking horses from the 1800s and 1900s. l was lucky enough to have been given some words of wisdom by a retired lifesize rocking horse maker and even a few precious hand written notes that have proved invaluable.

Once carved and primed my horses are hand painted and varnished then finished with beautiful velvet and quality leather.
All elements of the horses are made by me, making each one unique.

i always try to have a good selection of horses available from my shop to purchase, if you cant find a horse that is right for your project you can request a special order, i always love a challenge.

I also offer a selection of miniatures including bronze effect miniatures and miniature wooden walking canes.
