Miniatura Exhibitions and Fairs

Inclusion in Miniatura Online is subject to our standard terms and conditions and everyone on the list will need to be accepted on the same basis we normally apply to exhibitors. The work or service provided should meet with our normal standards and the organisers of Miniatura reserve the right to refuse entry to, or remove from, the list anyone they consider in breach of those terms and conditions. The terms and conditions for being part of Miniatura Online

1 – Quality – We want Miniatura Online to reflect what visitors would see at any of our shows.

1a – Miniatura Online is part of the Miniatura Show and as such all participants must meet the usual standard of quality that we apply to all our shows. All participants must apply to the organisers to be included office@miniatura.co.uk.
1b – Miniatura do not take responsibility for any item shown on their website. Any item that could bring the show into disrepute in any way will be removed from the site. Miniatura reserve the right to refuse and / or remove any and all items that they deem unacceptable. Furthermore they reserve the right to remove any page at any time.

2 – Opportunity – You will be able to show thousands of miniature enthusiasts your work so let’s put on a good show for them.

2a – Photographs – Send us at least three images (and more if you can). Participants will provide between 3 and 12 photographs for their page. Miniatura reserve the right to edit these images to make them comply with the template of the site but we would discuss any major alterations.
2b – Words – Visitors want to read about you and your work, try to be as specific about what you do as the search engine looks at this. Participants should provide at least 100 words about themselves. All wording in the site is the responsibility of the author.
2c – Connections – The main aim is to get visitors from our site to you as quickly and precisely as possible so everyone is happy – Participants will provide at least one method for customers to contact them. This can be a link to a website or an e-mail. You are welcome to provide more.
2d – Video – We are being as progressive as we can and you are welcome to include a video on your page – Participants may send a youtube link to a video that features their work.
2e – Responsibilty – Ensure that you have the right to publish everything on your page. Miniatura reserve the right to edit or remove any and all information.

3 – Value – We want to keep this as low and as easy as possible. It’s always important to us that every exhibitor we support feels that Miniatura is good value for money.

3a – Payment – £30 (inc VAT) to set up your page will be due within one month of the page being created. All payments are non-refundable. Once your page is approved by you it is assumed that you have agreed to these terms and conditions.
3b – Making Changes – You will only pay additional fees when you need to make changes or promote your page. The current fees is £5.74 for a mention on our social media pages (facebook & instagram). The current fee to update any and all information on your page and then have a mention on social media is £10.74.
3c – Cancellation – If for some reason you need to take down your page – Participants may cancel their subscription to the site at any time and we will aim to remove information as quickly as is reasonable.

4 – Future – We promote Miniatura Online as extensively as we do our shows and we will be working to get you noticed.

4a – Promotion – We have a strong social media presence and e-mail audience this will continue to grow and we will continue to post (nearly) every day.
4b – Miniatura reserve the right to refuse a promotion. In such cases any fee paid for a specific promotion will be refunded.
